Medication Records & Special Billing Accounts

We can provide you with Medication Administration Records each month for each patient. In order to be sure that the Medication Administration Records remain current, and to prevent medication or billing errors, we request that physicians issue written discontinuation orders when stopping medications or switching to a new dose and stopping previous dose.

We can send a monthly statement for each patient to a designated billing person at your main office. You can also have an open account from which your staff and caregivers may order gloves, supplies and any other items at specially discounted prices. In addition, any medications for your clients that are not covered by insurance are billed at a special discount to their account. You will receive a monthly statement for all accounts.

Employees of your facility are also invited to take advantage our pharmacy services. Discounts for items that are not covered by insurance will be extended to your staff members. All patients, clients, residents, and employees are expected to pay their insurance co-pays. However there are no additional charges for delivery, no administrative fees, and no hidden charges..
