Our special labeling includes: time of administration, specific diagnosis (ex: hyperlipidimia, diabetes, hypertension), name, color, shape, and manufacturer of medication. We want to make sure that caregivers always have a thorough understanding of the medications as well as an adequate supply of meds on hand to avoid any missed doses. We realize that caregivers are held personally accountable for missed doses so we strive to keep your clients well supplied with all necessary medications and other essentials. Physicians, nurses, and supervisors receive the on call pharmacists' cell phone numbers to be used in case of emergency.
